Supporting the Foodservice Industry During COVID-19

Traulsen is committed to supporting you amidst COVID-19. As an essential business, we will continue to provide support to help keep your operations up and running through these unprecedented times.

In this uncertain time, we want to assure you that Traulsen continues to operate and is here to help meet the refrigeration needs of our customers. Similar to the foodservice customers we serve, Traulsen is classified an essential business and is exempt from the stay-at-home directive issued in various states.

New protocols have been implemented in our facilities to prioritize the well-being of our employees and the community while adhering to social distancing and COVID-19 best practices. These include, but are not limited to, increased cleaning and disinfection frequency, separation of team members by off-setting break hours, and the practice of social distancing. All employees that are able to perform their work remotely have been asked to work from home. Our service and sales team continue to work without interruption to meet our customers’ business-critical refrigeration needs.

We are monitoring this dynamic situation and will continue to do everything possible to ensure our operations continue running.Thank you for your understanding and support during these difficult times.

Stay Safe. Stay Healthy.
